Frequently Asked Questions
Who We Are
Peptide Parlour is built around one idea: your protocol should be easier, not more complicated. We design, print, and source accessories — storage, travel, organisation, and reconstitution supplies — so the logistics take care of themselves. Read more on our About Us page.

Starter Kits
Our Starter Kit includes vials/cartridges and syringes, giving you everything you need to get set up in one order — no guesswork on what to buy separately. For the exact quantities and specs, see the full product listing.
No — Starter Kits bundle sterile, single-use items alongside reusable parts, so once opened they’re not eligible for a “changed my mind” return. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it — see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Returns
Reusable items like cases and pens can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Sterile, single-use items (bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, and Starter Kits) can’t be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons — but we’ll always replace anything that arrives faulty or damaged. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Storage & Handling
Keep vials, syringes, and needles in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until you’re ready to use them, and always check that seals are intact before use. Our storage cases and trays are designed to keep everything organised and protected between uses.
Yes. All syringes and needles are sterile and intended for single use only, and should be disposed of appropriately after use in line with standard sharps handling practices.
Bacteriostatic water contains a small amount of benzyl alcohol, which helps inhibit bacterial growth, making it suitable for use across multiple withdrawals from the same vial. Ours is sterile and sealed until first use.
